摘　　要：从中医脏腑理论出发,结合现代医学认为痛风与尿酸代谢密切相关的观点,从肝失疏泄致肾司二便、脾主运化功能失调,导致津液代谢失常,而致湿浊内生,痰浊阻滞筋骨关节的角度阐释了现代医学这一认识,提出痛风从肝论治痛风的观点。The paper is based upon the theory of Zangfu - organs, and is combined by the viewpoint gout being related to uric acid. It is raised that gout is treated through liver by Chinese medicine. The main pathogenesis is liver failing to maintain the smooth flow of Qi causes kidney deficiency failing to preside over urinating and defecating and spleen deficiency failing to transform and trans- port, which is due to the disorder of Jinye, and causes endogenous dampness.
