摘　　要：为了进一步研究猪等孢球虫的排卵囊规律．本文验室通过对仔猪进行9次人工感染猪等孢球虫试验，对其进行研究。结果表明：①潜隐期集中出现在感染后5d，显露期为4～7d。②感染1万、5万及100万组在第1次排卵囊结束1～2d后出现第2次排卵囊高峰。③卵囊孢子化后出现厚壁型与薄壁型卵囊。④排卵囊后期薄壁型卵囊逐渐增多。We searched the excreting regulation of Isospora suis oocysts by oral infecting the piglets with oocysts of Isopora suis several times. The results shows that ： （1）The prepatent periods are always 5 days, and the patent periods ranged form 4 days to 7 days. （2）The second oocysts excreting peak appeared 1 or 2 days after the first occysts excreting peak in some experimental groups. （3）Thin wall and thick wall type oocysts first appeared after oocysts sporulated. （4）There are more thin wall type ooeysts at the end of the patent periods.
