摘 要:为考察以沸石为填料的溶气滤罐的性能,以低温微污染水为原水进行中试,分析其对氨氮、CODMn和浊度的去除效果,并以π定理推导的综合指标评价滤罐性能。结果表明:夏季运行20 d后,对氨氮的去除率稳定在65%,出水NO2--N浓度较低,生物膜成熟;低温时,HRT由1.5h减少至0.5 h,对浊度、氨氮和CODMn的平均去除率分别降低30%、25%和10%。最短和最长HRT下的滤罐综合性能指标较小,综合考虑保证较低滤罐综合性能指标和较好出水水质,HRT可取1.5 h,此时出水氨氮浓度<2 mg/L。An aerated pressure filter technology using natural zeolite media was applied to a micropolluted surface water treatment experiment. The removal of NH3 - N, CODMn and turbidity were studied, and the filter performance was evaluated by the index derived from the π theory and an unclear mathematics method. The results show that after the twenty days of biofilm cultivation in summer, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate stabilizes at 65%, the nitrite concentration in the effluent declines, and biofilm is formed. In winter, when the hydraulic retention time (HRT) decreases from 1.5 h to 0.5 h, the removal rates of NH3 - N, CODMn and turbidity decrease by 30%, 25% and 10% respectively. Furthermore, the performance index is relatively low during the longest or shortest HRTs. Considering the low performance index value and satisfactory effluent quality, the HRT can be set at 1.5 h, hence the effluent ammonia is less than 2 mg/L.
