摘 要:以废弃树叶为原料采用磷酸—微波法制备活性炭,通过正交试验考察了树叶与磷酸的质量体积比(固液比)、微波功率、辐照时间、磷酸浓度等因素对活性炭吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在磷酸—微波法中,微波功率是影响活性炭吸附性能的关键因素。以正交试验结果为基础,从经济技术角度出发,确定了活性炭制备工艺优化参数:固液比为1∶2、微波功率为1 000 W、微波辐照时间为7 m in、磷酸浓度为67%,该条件下制备的活性炭对焦化废水中TOC的吸附容量为98mg/g。该活性炭制备方法为废弃物的综合利用找到了新的途径。The feasibility of activated carbon preparation from leaves with phosphoric acid - microwave method was studied. Through orthogonal experiment, the influence of the solid-to-liquid ratio of leaves to phosphoric acid, microwave power, radiation time and H3PO4 solution concentration on the adsorption performance of activated carbon were investigated. The results show that microwave power is the key factor deciding adsorption ability. According to the result of orthogonal experiment and economical analysis, the optimum technological parameters are the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 : 2, microwave power of 1 000 W, radiation time of 7 min and H2PO4 solution concentration of 67%. The adsorption capacity of the activated carbon can reach 98 mg/g for TOC in coking plant wastewater. This technique provides a new way for waste multi-purpose use and wastewater treatment.
