摘　　要：在介绍空间信息栅格和情报获取系统概念的基础上,根据目前情报信息获取过程中存在的问题,结合SIG对情报获取系统的要求,详细地介绍了情报获取系统的设计方案,特别是详细论述了实现情报获取系统所解决的主要问题与关键技术。所有这些,在一定程度下,可以解决信息优势向决策优势的转化问题。In introducing raster spatial information and intelligence-gathering systems concept, based on current intelligence information gathering process exists, in light of problems SIG on intelligence-gathering system, a detailed introduction to the intelligence-gathering systems design, particularly details of the intelligence-gathering system to achieve what the main issues and key technology.All of these, to a certain extent, we can solve the problem of the transformation of information superiority to decision superiority.
