摘　　要：分析了单体种类、配比、共聚物的玻璃化温度、丙烯酸用量、乳化剂用量及配比、引发剂用量、温度等诸多因素对乳液型胶粘剂性能的影响,总结出适宜的反应条件并制备出该要求范围内使用性能最优良的胶粘剂。对自交联型与非自交联型丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂二者的性能进行对比,结果表明,自交联型丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂性能更优异。By means of the text of many cogitative performances,the consequence which many factors relate category,ratio of distribution and elect of monomer the T_g of copolymer,the used weight of acrylic acid, the used weight and ratio of distribution of emulsifier temperature and so on are analyzed in detail.The optimum react test is obtained and the optimum adhesive with best property is prepared.The results show that the property of the self-curing acrylic emulsion adhesive is preferable compared to the property which between the self-curing and unself-curing acrylic emulsion adhesive.
