油气田企业资产管理初探

摘　　要：油气资产在石油企业中占据重要的地位,其管理的好坏直接影响到石油企业的经济效益。石油企业结合自身特点以及资产管理的需要,将油气资产做了严格的界定,并制定了相应的核算及管理制度。随着石油企业重组改制后,资产管理上要求与国际接轨,但现行的石油企业管理模式中许多问题有待于进一步改善。本文以石油企业的重点资产--油气资产管理为例,以胜利油田管理状况为基础,探讨石油企业资产管理部门、财务部门提高资产运营效益的管理对策。The assets of hydrocarbon take up important position in the oil company. The good or bad of administration directly influence the economic results of petroleum enterprise, The petroleum enterprises make firm border for hydrocarbon assets, which unite self- trait and asset administrative need. Moreover draw up relevant business accounting and control code. With recombination and modification of petroleum enterprises, assets management requires joining with the internatfon. But operative pattern of petroleum business administration has many problems which should further improve, focal assets （hydrocarbon asset administrative） for example, In the base of Shengli oil field management circumstance, we probe into management countermeasure for advancing asset operative benefit about petroleum business administrative authority and finance department.
