通脉口服液对柯萨奇病毒抑制作用及对小鼠急性CVB_(3m)心肌炎治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通脉口服液对柯萨奇病毒感染的小鼠心肌炎模型的治疗作用和抑制病毒效果。方法用通脉口服液和病毒唑注射液分别于模型小鼠(CVB3m所致Balb/c小鼠心肌炎)连续给药7d,第8日取心肌和血标本;观察病死率、心肌炎发病率和心肌病理以及心肌组织与血的病毒滴度。结果通脉口服液能明显降低心肌炎模型小鼠心肌中的病毒滴度,其中高剂量组的作用强度明显大于低剂量组和病毒唑对照组;通脉口服液可以明显降低模型小鼠心肌炎的病死率(高剂量与低剂量),明显减少心肌组织病理积分(高剂量)。结论通脉口服液对心肌炎具有较明显的治疗作用,可以明显减轻病毒对心肌细胞直接损害。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and the impact of inhibition of virus to a viral myocarditis model of mice of infecting CVB3m who used Tongmai Oral Liquid(通脉口服液).Methods:Mice(the viral myocarditis of Balb/c rats of infecting CVB3m) were received 7-day administration by Tongmai Oral Liquid and ribavirin respectively and on the 8th day to obtain the myocardium and blood.To observe the fatality rats,the morbidity of myocarditis,the pathology of myocardium,the myocardium tissue and the virus titer of blood.Results:Tongmai Oral Liquid can cleraly reduce the virus titer which is in myocardium of viral myocarditis model of mice,and ,the effect of the high-dose group is more significant than the low-dose and ribavirin control groups;Tongmai Oral Liquid can clearly reduce the fatality rate of viral myocarditis model of mice(high-dose and low-dose) and the pathology integral of myocardium tissue(high-dose).Conclusion:Tongmai Oral Liquid has the apparentely therapeutic effect of myocarditis,and reduces the direct damage to the myocardium cell by virus.
