摘　　要：多媒体教学课件的开发是一项投资大、回收期长的高风险工程.文章从多媒体教学课件项目的工程实际出发,抓住设计与开发两个关键环节,结合工程的实际需要和切实可行性,从项目工程本身、人员、平台、产品、进度、重用等各个方面依据项目工程开发的实际需要对各种可能存在的风险的控制方法与策略作了详尽的阐述.The multimedia teaching courseware （MTC） development is a high risk project of big investment and long period of take- back period. All kinds of the risk control methods and techniques are expatiated detaillay from multi - way of project itself, human resources, platform, product, progress, reuse and so on during all the key periods of the designing of courseware and implementing of courseware,combining of the practical needs and feasibility of the project.
