摘　　要：为了实现气象数据远程采集,提出了基于卫星信道数据传输的GPS气象数据监测系统的设计与实现方法,给出了软、硬件电路的具体实现;利用数据复用综合组帧结构,制定了应急、实时、高效数据复用传输方法;为了在汽球浮标气象站与气象数据采集控制中心之间进行可靠、高效、便捷的数据交换,设计了汽球浮标气象站与气象数据采集控制中心之间数据传输通信协议;该方法已应用于将边远地区气象情报数据传输至控制中心,满足气象数据采集、监测系统实际应用需求。In order to realize the remote climate data transmission, the design scheme and implementation method of the GPS climate da ta monitoring system using the satellite data transmission channel are proposed, and the hardware and software circuit are introduced. With the integrated architecture in frame for data multiplex, the data transmission way is designd for emergency and real-time condition with high efficiency. The communicating protocol served for the data exchange with reliability, efficiency and convenience between the balloon buoy climate station and the control center for the climate data monitoring is established. This practical method is used for transmitting the climate information from the remote area to the control center. It has been proved that this design meets the practical requirement of the climate data acquisition and monitoring.
