摘  要:CAN现场总线是一种有效支持分布式控制和实时控制的串行通信网络;针对潜水电机工作环境复杂、故障率高、影响参数多等问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线的潜水电机分布式监控系统;通过CAN-BUS,监控主机和智能监控节点可直接进行通信,形成分布式网络,简化了系统结构,实现多电机的分散监控和集中管理功能;介绍了监控系统的整体结构、工作原理、监控节点的软/硬件设计;经系统测试和实际运行表明,该系统安装使用方便,工作可靠性较高,具有一定的参考和推广价值。CAN field-bus is a technology of serial communication network effectively supporting distributed or real time control system. Countering the problems existing in the submersible motor, such as the complex condition of running, high malfunction ratio, many parameters influenced, a distributed monitor system about the submersible motor based on CAN bus is designed. Via CAN-BUS, monitor host computer and intellectual nodes can communicate with each other directly, like a distributed network. The system structure is more concise. The function of distributed control and concentrated management is realized in this system. The whole structure and principle of system, the hardware circuit, and the software programming are discussed in detail. Practical using shows that this monitor system has the better control, effect and is suitable for similar practical, engineering.
