摘 要:利用自制的人工强紫外线光源环境箱对各种沥青进行了强紫外线光老化试验,研究了强紫外线辐射对沥青性能的影响,发现强紫外线光可以造成沥青非常严重的老化。根据光老化前后沥青性能的测试结果,对比分析了炭黑、丁苯橡胶、防老化剂AW和BLE等不同添加剂及其不同掺量对提高沥青抗紫外线光老化性能的作用。试验结果表明,丁苯橡胶能够非常有效地增强沥青抗强紫外线光老化的能力,为中国西北部强紫外线地区有效防治沥青路面光老化提供了参考依据。Asphalt photooxidation aging under intensive ultraviolet radiation tests were performed by a self-made artificial intensive ultraviolet radiation environment box. The influence of intensive ultraviolet radiation on the asphalt performance was investigated, which can result in severe aging of asphalt. Based on the test results, the effects of different kinds of additives, such as carbon black, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), anti-photooxidation agents AW and BLE and their different dosage on anti-aging of asphalt were analyzed. Test results show that SBR can effectively improve the ability of asphalt to resist photooxidation aging under intensive ultraviolet radiation. This conclusion provides references for prevention of road asphalt photooxidation aging in the northwest intensive ultraviolet radiation region of China.
