摘  要:针对中国搅拌技术落后,资源浪费严重的现状,进行了节约型搅拌技术的研究,将机械工程、建筑材料与施工工艺有机结合起来,提出了搅拌机参数优化、振动搅拌技术及双排叶片结构3种节约型搅拌技术。对常用双卧轴搅拌机结构、运动和动力学参数进行了优化,得出了搅拌臂排列及其相位、叶片安装角、拌筒长宽比、搅拌线速度等参数的匹配关系;基于混凝土结构流变特性,设计了深度激振器,将振动活化与强制搅拌结合,明显地提高了搅拌质量和效率;双排叶片结构较好地解决了搅拌低效区问题,改善了机构与混凝土相互作用的搅拌性能。Directed against the present status of backward mixing technology and serious resources wasting, the saving mixing technology was studied. 3 kinds of saving mixing technology, such as the parameter optimization of mixer, vibratory mixing technology and double-row blades structure were put forward. Structure, movement and mechanical parameters of ordinary twinshaft mixer were optimized. The matching relationships among arrangement and phase angle of mixing arms, setting angle of mixing blades, length-width ratio of mixing bucket and mixing velocity were given. According to rheological characteristics of concrete structure, depth vibration exciter was designed. Through the combination of vibration and forced mixing, mixing quality and efficiency of concrete could be improved obviously. Structure of double-row blades can resolve the problem of mixing inefficient zone and improve mixing performance of interaction between machine member and concrete.
