摘　　要：现有的VOD系统存在许多缺陷,互相之间不能兼容,可扩展性差,建设一个分布式的视频点播系统,需要庞大的建设费用。针对已有的在线视频点播系统的局限性,通过OGSA与在线视频点播系统的结合,设计了一个基于OGSA框架的在线视频点播系统,这个系统把网格的系统开放性、标准的统一性和OGSA一切以服务为中心的特点,与在线视频点播系统结合起来,使之具有良好的兼容性和开放性,易于实现系统的扩展和升级。There is much limitation in current on line video on demand systems, which are not compatible with each other and have bad expansibility. High capital cost is needed to construct a distributed video on demand system. Aimed at the limitation, an on line video on demand system is put forward based on OGSA through combining grid＇s open and standard unified feature, and OGSA＇s service centred feature. It has better compatibility and expansibility, and is easy to extend and upgrade systems.
