温度对蚂蟥生长及摄食规律影响的初步研究

摘　　要：目的：观察蚂蟥在不同温度下的生长情况及其摄食规律。方法：比较在不同温度条件下不同体重蚂蟥生长情况，以及蚂蟥在24h之内的摄食规律。结果与结论：蚂蟥生长的适宜温度是15～25℃，其饱食量随着体重增大和温度的升高而增加。摄食率随个体增大而有所降低。在24h之内蚂蟥有2个摄食高峰。Objective： To observe Whitmania pigra growth and intake law in different temperature conditions and patterns. Method： Comparison of W. pigra growth in different weight and different temperature conditions, and observe the intake law of W. pigra within 24 h. Result and Conclusion： The appropriate temperature for W. pigra growth is 15 -25℃C. Its largest weight of intake increas with the weight of W. pigra and temperature rise, but with the intake rate increase, individual intake reduced. W. pigra intake have the two peaks in 24 h.
