摘　　要：中德合作造林项目以其科学的组织、严格的管理、扎实的施工成为当地人工造林的示范工程。其显著的效果,受到项目区干部群众的广泛欢迎。中德合作造林项目的实施,不仅在引进资金、加快我国植树造林方面具有重要意义,而更重要的是通过项目的实施,笔者学到了德国在项目管理和实施过程中好的经验和做法,对我国林业发展在观念、思路、管理创新方面有极大的促进作用,希望能为国内造林项目提供借鉴。The cooperative afforestation project between Germany and China has become a demonstration of artificial afforestation for its scientific organization, severe management and well-knit construction. It is popular with the cadres and the masses due to the remarkable effect. The project is significant for us not only in fetching in funds and speeding up tree planting but also in learning the experiences and advanced concepts in project management and construction from Germany, which in turn will affect our concept of forestry development and make an offer of reference for Chinese afforestation project.
