摘　　要：介绍某办公楼增层改造的设计与施工,通过采用外套框架结构体系、无粘结预应力托换梁以及端承桩基础,解决施工中遇到的技术难题,同时可减小加固工作量。It is introduced that the storey-adding design and construction of an office building; it is also solved the technical problems and reduced the amount of the strengthening project using an outer frame structural system, unbonded prestressed underpinned beams and end-bearing pile foundation.
