摘　　要：战斗状态警察战术心理战,是指已发生武力冲突或可能发生武力冲突并为防止发生武力冲突进行必要战斗准备情况下,为达到战术目的而进行的心理战。由于其适用范畴、适用条件、适用环境、作用时限的要求等不同于非战斗状态警察战术心理战,所以有其独特的组织方式、特点、程序、内容及实施过程。The psychological war of police tactics under the state of combat means the psychological war for achieving the tactical goal under the condition that a force conflict is going to take place or has taken place. As it is different from the one under the non-combat situation in the aspects of range, condition, environment and time, it has its own specific organizing mode, characteristics, procedures and content.
