摘　　要：从语用角度出发,在医用语言对会话中“合作原则”的遵守与违背和会话中模糊限制语的运用两个方面作了尝试性探讨,旨在揭示一种行业用语的特殊特征变化,克服对医用语言的模糊认识,增进对医用语言的理解。As a special shoptalk, when medical language is used, some taeties must be taken. On the viewpoint of pragmatics, both the eonsisteney and the ineonsisteney with the ＂eooperation prineiples＂ and the applieation of fuzzy modifiers were diseussed here to discover the eharaeteristie of this special shoptalk. And this study will eontribute to the overcoming of unelear understanding on this shoptalk and will make it elearer to us.
