摘　　要：Free movement of labor factor among the members of monetary area is the foundation of the long-term consolidation and development of monetary cooperation. The system of labor and social security of East Asian countries and areas hinder the free movement of labor across borders, which call for bilateral and multilateral coordination and unification, and the international cooperation on movement of labor will push forward the process of monetary cooperation in East Asia.Free movement of labor factor among the members of monetary area is the foundation of the long-term consolidation and development of monetary cooperation.
