摘　　要：出版职业资格制度建立的时间比较晚,社会对其认知程度较低。它的建立是中国社会实际情况发展的需要,是出版业自身发展的需要。出版职业资格制度的建立有利于政府对出版业的规范管理；有利于出版业的人事制度改革；有利于出版业自身的发展；有利于提高出版业从业人员的素质；有利于借鉴国际成功的经验。认真研究出版职业资格制度必要性与意义,对完善与发展这项制度有重要作用。The time of initiating the press professional qualification system is comparatively late and its reception of the society is not well too. To initiate the press professional qualification system is the necessity of the practical development of both Chinese society and the press itself. And it is also benefit for the government normal administration of the press, the reforms of personnel system and its own, increasing the quality of the press staff and drawing the experiences of international success. The knowledge of the necessity and significance of the press professional qualification system is essential to perfect and develop the system.
