摘　　要：目的探讨He-Ne激光对腹部手术未愈伤口的疗效。方法采用He-Ne激光治疗仪以扩束光斑法,对65例腹部手术患者不同程度愈合不良伤口进行治疗。结果轻度愈合不良需照射的平均次数为(8.1±3.2),中度愈合不良需照射的平均次数为(11.1±4.7),轻度愈合不良需照射的次数明显较中度愈合不良少(P=0.004)。He-Ne激光对轻度愈合不良伤口的疗效明显较中度愈合不良的好((P=0.048)。结论轻度愈合不良伤口He-Ne激光的疗效明显较中度愈合不良的好,临床应在伤口愈合不良初期选择He-Ne激光治疗获得良好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of He-Ne laser in unhealing wound after abdominal operation. Methods 65 cases of unhealing wound after abdominal operation were treated with He-Ne laser by enlarging facula. Results Cases of mildly unhealing were treated for （8. 1± 3.2） times, which was less than that of cases of moderately unhealing, （ 11.1± 4. 7） times （ P = 0. 004 ） . Effect of He-Ne laser in treatment of mildly unhealing wound after abdominal operation was better than that of moderately unhealing （ P = 0. 048） , Conclusion Effect of He-Ne laser in treatment of mildly unhealing wound after abdominal operation was better than that of moderately unhealing. Unhealing wound should be treated with He-Ne laser early to achieve good effect clinically.
