摘  要:本文介绍了刘家峡水电厂5台水轮机增容改造后转轮、活动导叶、止漏环、抗磨板等水轮机过流部件的磨蚀情况,介绍了改善水轮机水力性能、采用0Cr13Ni5Mo等不锈钢母材、对水轮机过流部件易磨蚀表面进行抗磨喷涂、采用合理的结构设计等抗磨蚀技术在现场的应用情况。The combined erosion by sand and cavitation occurring on scouring parts of 5 turbines in Liujiaxia hydro power plant, such as runners, wicket gates, seal plates, facing plates, was introduced in this paper. And the application of several wearing technics by improving turbine hydraulic efficiency, using stainless steel matrix like 0Cr13Ni5Mo, painting wearing material on the surface of easily weared parts, and applying reasonable structure design for the turbines was expounded.
