摘 要:近年来,3C产业迅猛发展,节能环保成为全球关注的焦点,而减轻材料的重量和材料的循环利用是实现环保的重要手段。镁合金是最轻的工程金属材料之一,它具有良好的比强度、比刚度、可再循环和良好的铸造性能等特点,具有替代传统材料的广阔前景,被誉为21世纪绿色金属结构材料。但镁合金的耐蚀性差,严重阻碍了它的工业应用。因此,镁合金的表面防护处理极为重要。现在镁合金的表面处理工艺多种多样,良莠不齐。为了探索镁工业表面处理的最佳工艺,按照表面改性和表面涂层两大类系统地阐述了当今国内外镁合金表面处理的各种方法及其优缺点。最后,在综合前述处理工艺的基础上,提出了今后镁合金表面处理工艺的发展趋势。As 3C industry has being developed rapidly recently, energy-saving and environment protection have been the worldwide focal point. Reducing weight and cyclical utilization of martial are the best methods. Magnesium alloy is one of the lightest engineering materials. It has been named the 21 century green structural metallic materials and has extensive application prospect for its characteristics such as specific strength, specific rigidity, recirculation, better casting property and so on. But the industry application of magnesium alloy is severely limited for its low corrosion resistance. So the preventive disposing on the surface of magnesium alloy is very important. Now, there are many kinds of surface treatment technologies of Mg alloy. In order to explore the optimal technology of surface treatment, many methods of surface treatment for magnesium alloy are reviewed and respective characteristic at home and board are discussed. Especially surface modification and surface coating are emphasized to be analysed. In the end the development trend of magnesium alloy in future is also given basing on the former methods.
