摘　　要：地基处理方案优选是一个非常重要的环节,对方案优选常用的传统层次分析法(AHP)中引入可拓学的基本理论,将判断矩阵权重向量的求解与一致性检验有机结合,有效避免了传统层次分析法中的大量试算工作,同时,考虑了人们判断的模糊性和多位决策者的实践经验。通过地基处理方案优选的实际应用,表明可拓层次分析法结论符合工程实际,且概念清晰,易于掌握。How to choose the treatment schemes of foundation is an important step in engineering projects. The AHP method is usually used in the schemes choosing of foundation treatment. Some extension set theory is introduced in AHP method to avoid a great deal of trail calculation. In extend AHP method, the weight elements solution of judgment matrix is combined with consistency check organically, the fuzziness of people＇s judgment and engineering experience of many experts are taken into account. The application results show that this method has a good accordance with the reality, it is clear in conception and easy to put into practice. 7 tabs, 1 fig, 6 refs.
