摘  要:对气流横向冲刷圆壳管束的传热和阻力性能进行了实验研究,对不同进气扩张角对传热与阻力的影响进行了测试,并与气流横向冲刷方形区域均匀布管管束比较,结果发现,均匀进气方形区域布管的传热性能好于扩张角进气圆形区域布管,但阻力增大,综合性能前者好于后者。对于扩张角进气圆形区域布管,扩张角增大,换热增强,阻力增大,综合性能较好。The heat transfer and flow resistance for gas flow across the tube bundle were studied experimentally. The effect of expansion angle of inlet on the heat transfer and flow resistance was tested and the quadrate shell was compared with circular shell. The results show that the heat transfer performance of the quadrate shell with uniform velocity is better than that of the circular shell, the flow resistance of the former is bigger than that of the latter, and the general properties of the former are better than that of the latter. For circular shell, the heat transfer is enhanced and the resistance is increased with the increasing of expansion angle and the general properties with bigger expansion angle are much better.
