摘 要:基于生物催化氧化技术进行了生物聚合铁(BPFS)的制备研究,应用Ferron逐时络合比色法和铁的紫外吸收光谱对其形态进行分析,考察其形态分布与絮凝性能之间的关系,发现盐基度在1.2%—23.4%之间,盐基度越大,Fe(b)质量浓度越大,絮凝效果越好,并据此优化BPFS制备条件。在此条件经驯化,微生物具有较高催化活性,Fe2+氧化速率可达1.0 g/(L.h);在某热电厂的应用表明,BPFS处理后的出水水质稳定,对加药系统及管路无腐蚀,具有较好的应用前景。Based on the bio-catalysis and oxidation technology, bio-polymeric ferric sulfate (BPFS) was prepared. The polymeric species were analyzed by Ferron-complexation timed spectrophotometric method and ultraviolet absorption spectra of ferrum. And the relation between the polymeric species and flocculation effect was investigated. The results show that when the basicity is 1.2% -23.4%, the higher the basicity is, the higher the mass fraction of Fe (b) and the better the flocculation effect is. The optimum preparation conditions of BPFS are obtained. Under these conditions, the catalysis activity of the microorganisms is great and the oxidization velocity of Fe^2 + is up to 1.0 g/( L · h). The application of BPFS in a thermoelectric plant was investigated. The result indicates that the water quality becomes stable after treatment and there is no corrosion on the flocculant-adding system and pipelines. BPFS will be applicable to the water treatment.
