摘  要:研究了3A,4A,5A和13X 4种型号分子筛对甲基丙烯酸甲酯中微量水分的静态吸附的动力学性能,做出了4种型号分子筛的吸附动力学曲线;对其结果进行了分析讨论。并进一步研究了13X型分子筛的吸附温度和吸附剂用量对其饱和吸附量的影响。结果表明,13X型分子筛的吸附效果优于3A,4A和5A型分子筛;其在25℃时吸附效果最好,饱和吸附量最大,吸附速率也最快,分子筛的最佳用量为0.4 g/mL。FTIR证明13X分子筛同时还吸附了一定量的对苯二酚。The static adsorption dynamic performance of trace moisture in methyl methacrylate adsorbed by 3A, 4A, 5A and 13X molecular sieves is studied, the adsorption dynamic curves of the four molecular sieves are made, and the results are analyzed. The effects of adsorption temperature and sorbcnt amount of 13X molecular sieves on saturation adsorption amount have been studied. The results indicate that the absorption effect of 13X molecular sieve is superior to that of 3A, 4A and 5A. When the dosage of molecular sieve is 0.4 g/mL, the absorption effect is the best and the saturation adsorption amount reaches the most and also the adsorption velocity is the fast at 25 ℃. FTIR analysis proves that a certain amount of hydroquinone is also adsorbed.
