摘　　要：金融中介成长对美国经济增长、财富积累起着显著的基础性作用。对金融中介发展的新趋势进行实证分析表明,在当代金融市场不断完善、金融创新层出不穷、金融制度不断优化的金融背景下,金融中介依然“繁荣”。事实表明,美国的金融中介已经进入高端成长阶段,其成长模式在发达国家里具有鲜明的代表性。The development of financial agency has played prominent role in the economy growth and wealth accumulation of the United States. A practical analysis on the development of financial agency suggests that, under background of continuously perfected contemporary financial market, financial innovations made one after another, financial institutions continuously optimized, and financial agencies still ＂prosperous＂. The fact indicates that American financial agencies have stepped into a high - level stage of growth, whose growth mode owns clear representative nature in the developed countries.
