摘 要:目的:了解毕业生班大学生的职业价值观,为有针对性地开展毕业生择业教育提供参考。方法:于2005-11/2006-04在西安交通大学、西北工业大学、西安财经学院、西安理工大学4所高校随机整群抽取大学毕业生1000名。其中,男生610名,女生390名,重点大学学生634名,普通院校学生366名,平均年龄21.8岁。采用凌文辁等编制的职业价值观问卷及自编的毕业生背景资料问卷进行调查。职业价值观问卷的22个题目可以分为3个主成份因素-声望地位因素、保健因素与发展因素。每个题目都采用LIKERT自评式5点量表评分,分别为非常同意5分、同意4分、普通3分、不同意2分与非常不同意1分,使用群体是大学生,具有较高的信度和效度。自编的毕业生背景资料问卷主要了解毕业生的性别、学校、专业、家庭情况等。以学院或系部、班级为单位进行团体测试,时间约为20min。主试为调查者本人或经过培训的心理学专业人员担任,整个测试严格按照标准化程序进行。结果:发放问卷1000份,回收有效问卷853份,问卷有效率85.3%。有效问卷中,男生590份,女生263份;重点大学学生624份,普通院校学生229份。被试平均年龄21.8岁。①毕业生班大学生职业价值观特征:在声望地位因素、保健因素、自我发展因素上的得分相互比较,差异均显著(3.43±1.02,3.94±0.93,4.03±0.96,P均<0.01雪。大学生职业价值观3个主成分因素的影响程度依次是押自我发展因素、保健因素与声望地位因素。②全体被试者职业价值观中重要与不重要的因素分析:最重要的5项依次是:能充分发挥自己的才能,能提供进一步受教育的机会,符合自己的兴趣爱好,机会均等、公平竞争以及福利好;最不重要的5项是:工作单位知名度大、上下班交通便利快捷、工作单位规模大、级别高,容易成名成家。③不同性别大学生的职业价值观比较,差异无统�AIM: To explore the vocational value of the undergraduates, and offer some reasonable references to develop career education. METHODS: A total of 1 000 students from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an University of Finance and Economics and Xi'an University of Technology, including 610 boys and 390 girls, 634 students of key universities and 366 of common colleges, and mean age 21.8 years, were adopted in this study with random cluster sampling. They were investigated with vocational value questionnaires compiled by Ling Wen-quan, and the self-designed questionnaire of background data of undergraduates from November 2005 to April 2006. The vocational value consisted of 22 items in altogether 3 topics (self-development, health care and reputation), and each topic was commented by LIKERT five grades: 5 points as quite agree, 4 points as agree, 3 points as common, 2 points as disagree, and 1 point as quite disagree. The test subject was the university student, so the results had a high reliability and validity. The self-designed questionnaires of the undergraduate's background data included their sex, school, specialty, family situation and so on. Taking a department or a class as the unit, all the students were tested for approximately 20 minutes by the researchers or the psychological specialists, and the entire test was strictly carried out according to the standardized procedure. RESULTS: Totally 1 000 questionnaires were sent out, and 853 valid ones were collected, with the effective rate of 85.3%. Of the valid questionnaires, 590 were from males and 263 from females; 624 from students of key universities and 229 from common universities.
