双皮质外固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价外固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法自2003年5月至21304年9月采用闭合复位、双皮质外固定治疗锁骨骨折患者25例。采用Neer评分系统，根据患者疼痛、功能、肩关节活动范围及骨折复位情况评价其疗效。结果术后随访8—15月，平均12月，优20例，良5例。结论采用外固定治疗锁骨骨折，愈合时间短，患者痛苦小，是一种较好的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of external fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture.Methods Twenty five patients with clavicle fracture underwent external fixation. The patients were treated with indirect reduction and external double cortex fixation. All cases were followed up with Neer scoring system comprising the symptoms, function, motion range of shoulder, and position of the prosthesis. Results The follow up was performed once a month. The mean duration of follow up was 12 months （range, 8 to 15 months）. Assessed by Neer＇s scoring system, 20 cases were as excellent, 5 as good. The excellent and good rate was 100%. Conelusion External fixation is a good method for treating clavicle fracture.
