摘  要:利用MTS810材料试验机对体积含量为3%的TiC颗粒增强钛基复合材料TP-650及基体钛合金进行了准静态拉伸试验,获得了材料弹塑性变形的应力应变曲线。结果表明,复合材料及基体材料达到屈服后,直至材料的迅速失效,几乎没有应变硬化效应。由断口分析可以看出,TP-650断口平齐,无颈缩现象,断口无韧窝,呈明显的脆性断裂特征,颗粒与基体界面有明显的脱粘现象。最后,基于Mori-Tanaka平均场理论和割线模量法讨论了颗粒增强钛基复合材料TP-650的弹塑性性能,理论预测与试验结果基本吻合。The quasi-static tensile properties of TiC particle reinforced titanium matrix composites TP-650 and matrix have been studied by MTS-810 testing apparatus, and the stress/strain curves of composites as well as matrix have been obtained. The experimental results show that the composites and matrix fail rapidly and have few strain-hardening effects after stress reaching the yield limit. The fracture of TP-650 is even without dimple and necking, which shows distinct brittle fracture character. Meanwhile, distinct interface debonding between matrix and particle has been observed, Based on Mori-Tanaka method and secant modulus method, elastoplastic properties of TP-650 have been studied. The comparison between theoretical calculation and experimental results shows good agreement.
