摘 要:研究了孔隙率及孔径的变化对开孔泡沫铝导电性的影响。采用铸造渗流法制备了孔径为0.751~.75 mm,相对密度为0.4050~.436的泡沫纯铝,用“直流四端电极”法测量了不同参数泡沫铝的电阻并通过计算得到电导率。实验结果表明:对于开孔泡沫铝来说,孔隙率的变化对其导电性具有非常显著的影响,随着相对密度的提高,泡沫铝的电导率呈指数关系上升;而随孔径的变化对其电导率影响不大。The effects of the structural parameters such as cell size and prosity an the electrical conductivity of aluminum foams were investigated in this paper. The open-cell aluminum foams with pete size and relative denaity ranging from 0.75- 1.75 mm and 0.405-0,436 respectively were produced by pressure infiltrating process, arid the electrical conductivity of the aluminum foams of different parameters was measured by the "four point" method. The results show that the electrical conductivity of the aluminum foams significantly increases with increasing their relative density, and the power law function ean be successfully applied to describe the dependence of electrical conductivity of foams. However, for the aluminum foams with a roughly same relative density, the variation in their pore size exhibits an insignificant effect on the electrical conductivity of foams.
