稀土锆合金微观断口形貌的评价和表征

摘　　要：对稀土锆合金断口微观缺陷的形貌特征、微观断口形貌特征等进行了表征。研究表明,“沿晶”、“多边化”和“扇形解理花样”是稀土锆合金断口最常见的微观形貌特征;“缝隙”和“孔洞”是其断口最主要的微观缺陷形貌特征。The feature of fracture morphology and microdefect has b.een evaluated and characterized for the rare earth-zirconium alloy. The results show that the crack and the hole are the primary microdefect of fracture. And the intergranular morphology, the polygonal morphology and the fan-shaped cleavage morphology are the main fracture morphologies.
