摘  要:利用NMR、DSC及热膨胀等测试分析手段,分析了B2O3-Al2O3-BaO玻璃中不同掺量稀土氧化物对11B和27Al的配位及玻璃热学性能的影响规律。结果表明:当稀土含量逐渐增加时,硼氧三角体[BO3]逐渐向[BO4]转变;原先[AlO4]、[AlO5]、[AlO6]共存的铝氧多面体结构单元逐渐转变为以[AlO4]为主和少量[AlO5]共存的结构;玻璃的相转变温度升高,玻璃低温相转变困难。另外,随着稀土氧化物掺量不断增加,N系列玻璃网络结构的连接削弱,玻璃的析晶热稳定性和热膨胀率均有所降低。Using magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS NMR) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal swell testing technology, the regulars of the coordination numbers of ^11B and ^27Al nuclear, and thermal performances with different contents of rare earth oxide doped B2O3-Al2O3- BaO glasses was analyzed. It was found that, the beron coordination were changed from [ BO3 ] to [ SO4 ] gradually, and the aluminum coordination were changed from [ AlO4 ], [ AlO5 ] and [ AlO6 ] coexisted to mainly of [ AlO4 ] and with a little [ AlO5 ] coexisted, the phase transforming temperature of the glasses was also enhanced meaning that it was more difficulty for phase transferrance to happen at lower temperature with the increasing of the rare earth oxide contents. What' s more, when the rare earth oxide doped into the N series glass structure gradually, the interlinkages of the glass network weakened, the crystalline thermal stability impaired, also the ratio of thermal swell decreased.
