摘　　要：Enterprise CIMS （Compositive Information Management Stratagem, CIMS ） is the integration of the enterprise assisted compositive management system and information system including organizational management, products research, production management, market selling. The value of the enterprise IT application is based on the embodiment of compositive benefit in the production operation and management course. The true value of the enterprise CIMS not only includes the catalogue in the enterprise operation course, but accords with the enterprise long business operation activities and enterprise value chain increment course.
