摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于CCD的双路位移测量系统,介绍了其测量原理,给出了数据处理方法和实验结果,此系统检测范围为0-35mm,分辨率为0．014mm。结果表明:此系统实现位移的测量是可行的,并具有很高的实用价值。This paper introduces a two-way displacement measuring system based on the CCD. The principle of measurement is described and the data processing method and test results are given, The measurement resolution is 0.014mm and maximum working rang is 0-52.5mm. The experiment manifests that： the system can practically used to realize the displacement measuring and is of applicable value.
