摘　　要：利用一种简化模型处理横向电子热传导效应对高功率激光均匀照明靶面光强分布的影响，同时对传统的量度光束质量的束宽、光强不均匀度和能量利用率三个物理量重新进行了定义。We present a simple model to treat the transverse electron thermal conductivityand its influnce on the homogeneity of the high power laser beam used in uniformillumination experiments.Furthmore; the diameters such as the beam width;the intensityinhomogeneity and the energy utilization ratio are redefined to give a quantutitive measure ofthe beam quality.
