摘  要:目的:分析社区卫生服务工作人员的基本特征和工作人员的变动情况,评价社区卫生服务人员素质和稳定性。方法:采取描述性方法对社区卫生服务人力资源基本情况进行分析,测算工作人员流入和流出情况。结果:社区卫生服务工作人员以年轻女性为多,以中专学历和初级职称为主,多数人是临时聘用人员,而且人员流出和流入比例较大,工作人员稳定性较差。结论:深圳市社区卫生服务工作人员整体素质要进一步改善,需要加强培训,采取优惠措施提高人员稳定性,增强职工留在社区工作的信心。Objective To analyze basic features of community health workers ancl their alteration situation, and to evaluate qualities ancl stability of community health workers. Method Descriptive analysis method was employed to analyze basic statuses of community health manpower, ancl to measure ratio of inflow ancl outflow of community health workers. Result The most of community health workers are young woman ,and most graduate from middle health school ancl their technical titles are lower, ancl at the same time most of workers are temporary, ratio of inflow and outflow is bigger, which reflects stability of community health workers is lower. Conclusion The qualities of community health workers neecl be improved more, ancl employment training neecl be strengthened. Policy-makers should take wise measures to enhance community health workers' stability ancl to increase their belief in working in community health service organization.
