摘　　要：目的观察天保宁对高血压病患者血浆D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原含量的影响。方法58例高血压病患者被随机分为天保宁治疗组和普通治疗组,服药前及服药后1个月检测血浆D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原含量。结果天保宁治疗组血浆D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原含量明显低于普通治疗组。结论天保宁能明显降低高血压病患者血浆D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原含量。Objective TO observe the effects of Tianbaoning on plasma D-dimer and fibfinogen in patients with hypertension.Methods 58 patients with hypertension were randomly enrolled in the study for trial treated with Tianbaoning treatment group and common treatment group,before treatment and 1 month after treatment,plasma D-dimer and plasma D-dimer ande fibrinogen content were measured respecfively.Results Tianbaoning treatment proup plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen content were lower than than that of common treatment group.Conclusion Tianbaoning can decrease plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen content in patients with hypertension.
