试论西部农业产业化的技术途径

摘　　要：西部地区自然资源的优势和生态环境、人口结构上的劣势决定了西部农业必须走产业化发展的道路。西部农业产业化在吸纳农村剩余劳动力、促进西部农村地区加工业的发展、提高农民收入、推进城镇化进程、充分利用国际市场、扩大西部农产品出口规模、改变传统农业生产方式、加强生态环境建设、走可持续发展之路等方面具有积极作用。而要促进西部农业的产业化经营,必须建立一个全面有效的技术支持网络,在优势资源发掘、农技推广体系建立、人员培训、新技术和新观念的推广普及、精深加工技术研发介绍以及适应WTO贸易要求的标准化技术体系的建立等方面给予充分的支持。The advantages of the natural resources and disadvantages of ecology and population structure in western regions determine its developing way to realize its agriculture industrialization. Besides, it plays an active role in absorbing the rural remaining labor force; promoting the rural processing industry; increasing peasants＇ income; developing the process of urbanization ; expanding the export of rural products; strengthening the construction of ecological environment, etc. so as to have a sustainable development in western regions. However, to promote the industrialization of western agriculture, an all -round efficient technical network should be established to provide support in discovering favorable resources, extending agricultural technology, popularizing new skills and concepts, training personnel, researching and introducing the intensive technologies, etc.
