浅论陕西农业产业化经营的目标模式及推进措施

摘　　要：农业长期大而不强导致我省农民及财政收入增长缓慢,整体经济实力低下;农业经济发展的内在要求决定了陕西农业产业化经营的目标是依托资源优势;推进产加销、贸工农一体化;模式是以农产品加工业为突破口,着力发展养殖种植业,实现粮果生产、畜禽养殖、药材种植的有机结合。当前应营造良好的经济与社会环境,完善区域布局,建立市场化资产运营与利益协调机制,增加农业资金投入,加速培育农产品加工龙头企业。The large weak -developed agriculture of Shaanxi over a long periods leads to the low economic strength in the province. And the inner development of agricultural economy demands that the goal of industrialization of agriculture is to realize the combination of all agricultural areas such as in breeding, planting, animal husbandry, and grain products etc. on the basis of rich resources. Thus to establish a good economic and social situation, to improve regional distribution, to set up a mechanism to coordinate market capital system and interests so as to increase agricultural capital and speed up the development of the leading enterprises of agriculture products processing play a very important role in the industrialization of agriculture in Shaanxi province.
