摘　　要：文章从原理上分析了制约无线光通信系统的几个主要因素:大气影响、天气的影响和传输信道衰减,并提出了相应的解决办法。在分析上述因素影响的基础上给出了FSOC(FreeSpaceOpticalCommunication)系统的设计方案和具体参数,并对系统的适用性进行了评估。It is mainly summarized and analysed how the atmosphere, weather and transmitting channel affect the free space optical communication （FSOC）. Considering those factors, we provide some designing scheme and parameters for the short distance FSOC system and simply evaluates applicability of the FSOC system.
