中药异位宁对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠相关凋亡基因作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本文通过研究异位宁对bcl-2mRNA、baxmRNA及其蛋白表达的影响来阐述异位宁治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。实验表明:异位宁具有促进异位内膜细胞凋亡的作用,以高剂量组效果明显。异位宁高剂量组bcl-2蛋白,bcl-2mRNA阳性表达率显著降低,同模型对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);而bax蛋白,baxmRNA的阳性表达率显著升高,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。说明在异位宁的作用下,异位内膜细胞通过bcl-2基因的低表达,bax基因的高表达,而增强了异位内膜细胞的凋亡能力,使得异位内膜细胞在宫腔外的种殖与存活受到限制进而使病灶萎缩,从而达到治疗的目的。The purpose is to clarify the effect of YWN in treating endometriosis through measuring bcl-2mRNA, baxmRNA and the their relevant protein expression. The result shows that YWN has the function to facilitate apoptosis of the cell of ectopic endometrium, especially in the high dose of YWN group. There existed significant difference in the positive expression of bcl-2mRNA and its protein expression between YWN group and control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） .There also existed significant difference in the positive expression of baxmRNA and its protein expression between YWN group and control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） .YWN can worked well in curing EM through reducing the expression of bcl-2 and improving the expression of bax, which could facilitate apoptosis of the cell of ectopic endometrium and limit its plantation as well as growth of the focus.
