摘  要:介绍了导弹测试设备自动检定系统的设计思想,重点讨论了系统硬件和软件的实现方法。系统采用现代通用自动测试设备(ATE)技术,以PXI总线模块仪器和GPIB仪器构建硬件平台,以图形化的编程语言LabVIEW实现软件的生成。实际应用表明:系统在可靠性、通用性、稳定性、测试精度等方面性能优越,满足了导弹武器系统的计量技术保障要求。The paper introduces a set of automatic metrological system for missile test equipment, and it emphasizes the designing idea and shows chiefly the way to achieve the system's hardware and software. In the system, a modern genoral ATE (Automatic test equipment) technology is adopted, the hardware platform is eornposed of PXIbus module and GPIB instruments, and the graphical language LabVIEW is used to make up the softwarc. The application has proved that this system has excellent performances in dependability, generality, stability and testing precision etc. and can satisfy the measuring technical needs of missile weapon system.
