摘 要:研究了药剂对水稻颖壳色泽及稻米品质的影响,结果表明:水稻后期用药对颖壳色泽有一定的影响,大量用药尤其是粉剂农药使颖壳色泽明显变暗;穗期适当减少用药次数和用量,在孕穗期和破口期喷施适量三唑酮,颖壳色泽较好;药剂施用对稻米碾米品质无明显影响,但能改善稻米的蒸煮、食用品质,同时一定浓度的药剂施用能提高直链淀粉含量和胶稠度。The influence of medicament upon the rice color and rice quality was studied. The results indicated that during the late stage of the rice growing period, the method of using pesticide had a certain effect upon the color. A great deal of pesticide had a great effect upon the glume color,especially the dust pesticide sticking to the rice kemel. During the earring period, properly reducing the using times and the dosage of pesticide would improve the color. It had a certain effect upon the rice quality while it had no obvious effect upon the rice milling quality.However, it could improve the rice's cooking quality and edible quality. Pesticide regulation could improve the nourishing quality of rice. And at the same time, it could increase the protein content. Pesticide regulation could increase the amylase content and the viscosity.
