摘　　要：使用WinSDK编程,在C++环境下编译通过的可视化BLAST接口程序软件LocalBLAST,可运行在多种Windows操作系统下。该软件能构建本地核酸和蛋白序列数据库。经比较发现,该程序操作简便,并可根据实际需要随意定制相关数据库。A visible interface program of BLAST named localblast, which could run under different Windows operation systems, was developed to construct local nucleotide and protein database with winSDK. The results showed that the method was convenient in manipulating and customizing database compared with other local BLAST and NCBI-online BLAST.
