中药熏蒸配合矿泉浴治疗膝关节骨关节炎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用中药熏蒸配合矿泉浴治疗膝关节骨关节炎病的疗效。方法采用中药熏蒸配合矿泉浴治疗膝关节骨关节炎病56例,与单纯矿泉浴及骨友灵擦剂治疗膝关节骨关节病53例对照,用功能恢复评价疗效。结果中药熏蒸配合矿泉浴总有效率96%,对照组总有效率81%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药熏蒸配合矿泉浴是治疗膝关节骨关节炎病的一种理想的方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of the herb fumigation combined with the hot spring bath in the treatmeat of osteoarthrosis of the knee joints, Methods Fifty-six patients with osteoarthrosis of the knee joint underwent the herb fumigation combined with the hot spring bath while another 53 patients with the same disease were treated with the hot spring bath and GU YOU LING liniment as the control, Results The total effective rate was 96% in the group of the herb fumigation combined with the hot spring bath and 81% in the control group. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The herb fumigation combined with the hot spring bath is an ideal method for treatment of the knee joint osteoarthrosis,
