摘　　要：物料输送广泛应用于产品包装、流水作业、检测等相关行业中,对监控系统的准确性、可靠性以及自动化水平都有很高的要求。根据物料输送系统的实际需要提出了基于PLC和WinCC人机界面软件的硬件结构、控制思想和软件设计。系统已在内蒙古天野化工化肥传输自动控制中使用,整个系统组网方便、运行可靠,达到并满足设计的目的和要求。Materiel transportation system is applied to packing,pipelining,detection etc.It has high requirement in veracity, reliability and automation level. The survey system of materiel transportation based on PLC and configuration software are discussed. The hardware and software structure control philosophy and function of the survey system are presented. The system has been used in Tianye chemical,the entire system can be easily built up,operation reliable,and meet the design objective and requirement.
