摘　　要：龙岩7-3自育成以来,至今还在全国各地大面积推广应用,表现出高产、稳产、适应性广和商品性好等特点。该品种在福建连城县甘薯种植1万多公顷中占80%,是龙岩连城县地瓜干最主要的原材料来源。文中介绍了其选育、特征特性及加工利用。Since applied, Longyan 7-3 are still large areas promotion applications throughout China,which is selected with high and steady yield, a good adaptation and commodity characteristics. This variety plants in more than 10,000 hectares in the Fujian Liancheng County sweet potato to account for 80%, is the most main raw material origin of dried sweet potato in Liancheng County. The article introduced its selective breeding, the characters and the processing utilization.
